The purpose of the Homeowners’ Association is to provide for the ownership, development, maintenance, upkeep, operation, and management of the common areas in Hunters Ridge Subdivision. It is the Homeowners’ Association’s Board of Directors duty to manage the Homeowners’ Association by way of facilitating the maintenance of the commons and ensuring compliance with the covenants.

Annual meetings are open to the general public. They are usually held in December of every year. The agenda includes approving of following year budget and spending, electing slate of board members, and discussing any topics of concern to residents or owners.
